Case Description
In the village of Kazachiy in the occupied part of the Luhansk region, a criminal case was opened against a local resident, Ukrainian citizen Dmitry Yukhnov. The date of his detention is unknown. He was accused of participating in a terrorist community. According to the investigation, Yuhnov, while serving in the 24th Separate Assault Battalion "Aidar" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, participated in a terrorist community. On February 3, 2025, the military court in Rostov-on-Don found Dmitry Yukhov guilty and sentenced him to 5.6 years in a general regime colony. On October 2, 2025, the Appellate Military Court left the sentence unchanged.
