Case Description
A criminal case was initiated against Dmitry Remez, a citizen of Ukraine and a serviceman of the "Azov" regiment, for participating in the activities of a terrorist community and undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities. The reason for the criminal prosecution was service in the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, in the Azov regiment, recognized as a terrorist organization in Russia. The man is in captivity, the exact date of capture is unknown. September 30, 2025, the Southern Military Court found Dmitry Remez guilty, the size of the punishment is unknown.
