Case Description
In Mariupol, the occupied part of the Donetsk region, no later than the end of March 2022, a 38-year-old citizen of Ukraine, a soldier of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' Azov Regiment, Dmitry Gllazkov, was captured by Russian military personnel. A criminal case was opened against him for participating in a terrorist community and undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities. The reason for the criminal prosecution was service in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine of the nationalist "Azov" battalion, recognized as a terrorist organization in Russia. December 24, 2025, the Southern District Military Court found Dmitry Glazov guilty, the size of the punishment is unknown.
