On March 28, 2024, the owner of the Pose club was detained at Sheremetyevo Airport in Moscow. On March 31, the Central District Court of Orenburg sent him to a pre-trial detention center. The name of the defendant is not disclosed. The investigation believes that the club owner selected staff, approved drag artists, posted photos and videos of performances "promoting non-traditional sexual relationships and preferences" in a Telegram channel, and controlled the financial and economic activities. 29 May 2024, the Orenburg Regional Court changed the measure of restraint for Alexander Klimov to house arrest. In August 2024, Diana Kamillyanova was also released from the pre-trial detention center under house arrest.
