Case Description
On December 15, 2022, FSB officers detained 30-year-old Daniil Demchenko, a resident of the Ivanovo region." "Two days later, the Oktyabrsky District Court of Ivanovo placed him in a pre-trial detention center on charges of preparing a terrorist attack. According to the investigation, Danila was looking for accomplices to set fire to the military enlistment office in the Ivanovo region. On October 5, 2023, Judge Sergei Krivosheev of the 2nd Western Military Circuit Court sentenced Danila Demchenko to six years in a colony. Demchenko will spend the first two years of his sentence in prison, and the remainder in a strict regime colony. December 21, 2023, the Appellate Military Court left the sentence unchanged.
