In the occupied part of the Kherson region, a criminal case on training for terrorist activities and participation in the activities of a terrorist organization was opened against a citizen of Ukraine, Bohdan Musikhin.
According to the Russian investigation, Musikhin in August 2024, while on the territory of Ukraine, joined the ranks of the "Crimean Tatar Volunteer Battalion named after Noman Chelebidzhikhan", recognized in Russia as a terrorist organization. He was trained at the AFU training center in the Odessa region of Ukraine and then took part in combat operations against the RF Armed Forces on the territory of the "Donetsk People's Republic" until October 2024, when he was captured by the Russian military.
