Kushnaryov Andrey Vladimirovich (Kushnarov Andriy Volodimirovich)

On March 5, 2024, in the city of Zaporizhzhia, in the occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region, a 54-year-old local resident, a citizen of Ukraine with forced Russian citizenship, Andrey Kushnarev, was detained. He was accused of illegal entry and attempted murder. Details of the accusation are unknown. According to Kushnarev himself, the case against him was fabricated based on a denunciation from the wife of a traffic controller of the commandant's office. As evidence in the case, a screwdriver without Kushnarev's fingerprints and a T-shirt with traces of brown stains without an examination were attached. The defendant was placed in a pre-trial detention center and immediately offered to go to the "SVO." The court found Andrey Kushnarev guilty and sentenced him to 8.5 years of imprisonment. The date of the sentence and which court issued the sentence are unknown.
