Case Description
The investigation claims that the twelve-year-old daughter of Zaurbek Zhambekov, at his request, tore off the letter Z from someone else's car. The owner of the car turned out to be an employee of law enforcement agencies. On April 16, 2022, Zaurbek Dzhambekov was called by the Center "E", asked him to come for a meeting, and began questioning him about the reasons for his negative attitude towards the war, and the very next day they drew up a protocol for disobeying police demands because he "began to behave aggressively towards police officers, spoke in raised tones, and did not respond to repeated demands to calm down." After that, he was sentenced to five days of arrest. The Nalchik court sentenced Zaurbek Dzhambekov to two years of imprisonment with a suspended sentence and a two-year probation period, as well as a fine of 30 thousand rubles.
