Case Description
In Mezhdurechensk, Kemerovo Oblast, in December 2025, local 16-year-old resident Zakhar Pakhomov was detained. He was accused of public calls for terrorist activity, as well as public justification and propaganda of terrorism using the Internet. According to the investigation, Pakhomov posted messages in one of the messengers that contained calls for mass armed uprising against the existing political power in Russia. No later than December 25, 2025, the Myskovsky City Court of the Kemerovo Region placed a minor in custody.
