According to the investigation, in March 2022, Sysoev published a post-addressed to the President of the Russian Federation on social media, which contained calls for attacks on the lives of political and state figures of Russia. Access to the publication was not restricted, and it was actively viewed by users. During the investigation, the defendant was under house arrest. On January 13, 2026, the Temryuk District Court of the Krasnodar Territory found Yuri Sysoev guilty and sentenced him to 5 years in a general regime colony and for 3 years prohibited him from administering websites on the Internet. The man was taken into custody in the courtroom.
