Case Description
In Yalta on November 9, 2021, security forces detained former deputy of the Russia-controlled Yalta city council Yuri Lomanko. According to the FSB, he "transferred information constituting state secrets of Russia to the special services of Ukraine." Two days later, the Yalta City Court sent Lomenko to a pre-trial detention center.
