Case Description
В Санкт-Петербурге 2 октября 2025 года задержали 42-летнего местного жителя, уроженца Украины Юрия Чайковского. Его обвинили в публичном оправдании терроризма.
По версии следствия, 21 сентября 2024 года под публикацией в Telegram об атаке беспилотников на воинскую часть в Краснодарском крае, совершённой в тот же день, Чайковский опубликовал комментарий: «салют в честь ЗСУ».
3 октября 2025 года Красногвардейский районный суд Санкт-Петербурга отправил фигуранта дела в СИЗО.
Позже обвинение мужчине ужесточили — добавили обвинение в государственной измене.
