Case Description
В Тольятти Самарской области 11 июля 2024 года пришли с обыском к местному 68-летнему жителю Юрию Бобкову. Его обвинили в финансировании экстремистской организации. По версии следствия, «неустановленное лицо» 29 сентября 2021 года подписалось на ежемесячные пожертвования ФБК по 300 рублей и сделало шесть таких платежей до 25 февраля 2022 года.
После обыска Бобкова допросили в качестве подозреваемого и отпустили под подписку о невыезде.
5 февраля 2025 года Автозаводский районный суд Тольятти признал Юрия Бобкова виновным и назначил ему штраф 300 тыс. рублей.
Приговор не был обжалован и вступил в законную силу.
