Yulia persuaded her acquaintances of the need to join the ranks of the organization and restore the USSR, promising material benefits in the form of tax exemption, as well as the possibility of not paying for utilities and fines." 3. In the opinion of the security forces, the activities of the case's defendants undermined the foundations of the state and constitutional order. On December 4, 2025, the Lazarevskoye District Court of Sochi found the defendants guilty and sentenced Yulia Rybina to five years in a general regime colony, and Yaroslav Rybin to three years. Both were banned from engaging in activities related to participation in the work of public associations and organizations for three years.
