Case Description
In the occupied Lugansk region, no later than April 2025, a 51-year-old local resident, a citizen of Ukraine with forced Russian citizenship, Yulia Mosyazh, was detained on charges of treason." According to the Russian investigation, from March 2022 to December 2023, Mosyaz voluntarily hid two servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in her apartment. It is claimed that in December 2023, 'acting on the assignment of a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, she provided them with communication devices and fictitious medical documents necessary for movement to Ukrainian territory under the guise of sick individuals.'", Ukrainian servicemen were detained when attempting to leave the territory of the Russian Federation. The woman was placed in a pre-trial detention center for the duration of the investigation. On December 4, 2025, the Supreme Court of the Lugansk People's Republic found Yulia Mosyazh guilty and sentenced him to 16 years of imprisonment to be served in a general regime correctional colony with a 1-year restriction of liberty.
