Case Description
On August 5, 2025, a criminal case was opened against local resident Yaroslav Mokeev in Bryansk. He was accused of justifying terrorism and publicly calling for terrorist activities, details of the charges are unknown. On the same day, he was detained. With the defendant in the case, they took a pledge not to leave and to behave properly. On January 27, 2026, the 2nd Western Military District Court changed the measure of restraint to detention for a period of two months from the moment of detention. The suspect was put on the wanted list, and the criminal case was suspended.
