Case Description
В Канске Красноярского края 31 июля 2024 года задержали местного жителя Ярослава Гаврилова. Его обвинили в государственной измене. Подробности обвинения неизвестны.
На время следствия фигуранта дела поместили в СИЗО.
16 октября 2025 года Красноярский краевой суд признал Ярослава Гаврилова виновным и приговорил его к 16 годам лишения свободы, первые 3 года наказания он проведет в тюрьме, а остальной срок — в колонии особого режима. Также суд назначил ему дополнительное наказание: 1,6 года ограничения свободы после выхода из колонии.
