В Ставропольском крае 27 июля 2022 года возбудили уголовное дело о реабилитации нацизма против 45-летнего уроженца посёлка Темижбекский Якова Асланова. Подробности обвинения неизвестны. Его не задерживали.
Мужчину не задерживали и меру пресечения не избирали.
1 ноября 2022 года Ленинский районный суд города Ставрополя поместил его в психиатрический стационар для принудительного лечения.
8 декабря 2022 года Ставропольский краевой суд оставил постановление о помещении в психиатрический стационар без изменения.
