Lychagin Vyacheslav Igorevich

On July 31, 2023, in Podolsk, a 22-year-old local resident, manager of the restaurant "Delicious and Point" Vyacheslav Lychagin, approached the military enlistment office on Lenin Avenue, d. 73, and threw a Molotov cocktail at the central door. The bottle broke, there was no fire. The young man was detained by Rosgvardia guards on duty near the military enlistment office. During the interrogation, Lychagin reported that he had become a victim of fraudsters. He was called by the Central Bank and persuaded to take out a 35,000 ruble loan, which he transferred to the account given to him. Later, he was offered to set fire to the military enlistment office in order to stop the "fraudulent actions." A criminal case was opened against Lychagin for attempted destruction of another's property. During the investigation, he was taken into custody on his own recognizance. 14 May 2024, the Podolsk City Court of the Moscow Region found Vyacheslav Lychagin guilty and sentenced him to one year of imprisonment suspended with a probationary period of one year. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force.
