Case Description
In the city of Biysk, Altai Krai, at the beginning of August 2024, 34-year-old local resident Vyacheslav Koptelov was detained. He was accused of sending terrorism. According to the security forces, the man posted a comment on VKontakte in which he gave a positive assessment of the attack by Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles on social facilities in Moscow. It is unknown whether a preventive measure has been chosen.
