Case Description
On May 30, 2024, a criminal case was opened in St. Petersburg for 'fakes' about the Russian army against municipal deputy of the MO 'Liteiny district' Vladislav Volsky. The reason for the criminal prosecution was an anti-war post with two photographs that Volsky published on June 27, 2022 - five months after the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
