Его обвинили в государственной измене, участии в деятельности террористической организации и в совершении диверсии группой лиц по предварительному сговору, повлёкшей причинение значительного имущественного ущерба. Подробности обвинения неизвестны.
На время следствия фигуранта дела отправили под стражу.
