Case Description
В Тульской области в ноябре 2023 года задержали местного 27-летнего жителя Владислава Шубина. По версии следствия, мужчина 4 ноября 2023 года совершил поджог релейного шкафа по заданию украинских кураторов на 363-м километре перегона Бобрик-Донской — Гранки.
Шубина обвинили в совершении диверсии и отправили в СИЗО.
20 июня 2024 года Тульский областной суд признал Владислава Шубина виновным и назначил ему наказание в виде лишения свободы сроком на 12 лет с отбыванием первых 3 лет лишения свободы в тюрьме, а остального срока — в колонии строгого режима.
Пригоовор не был обжалован ив ступил в законную силу.
