Case Description
26 February 2023, in the town of Sosnovy Bor, Leningrad Oblast, a young man in a black sweatshirt and black trousers threw four Molotov cocktails at the military enlistment office and Social Fund building. One of the bottles hit inside the fund, where the ceiling was charred, the military commissariat did not receive any damage. On March 22, 2024, Vladislav Shitikov, a 20-year-old student from the village of Kovashi in the Leningrad region, was detained on charges of arson. He was accused of destroying someone else's property. Two days later, the court sent Shitikov to a pre-trial detention center." On August 4, 2023, Shitikov was released from the pre-trial detention center. There is no information about the consideration of his criminal case.
