Case Description
In Kurgan on October 22, 2025, local residents were detained - 16-year-old Vladislav Shestopalov and 15-year-old Vladislav Rodenko. Teenagers were accused of committing a terrorist act. According to the investigation, on October 20, 2025, Shestopalov and Rodenko set fire to a relay cabinet on the access track to one of the city's enterprises. They received an offer to commit arson for a reward from an unknown person in a messenger. The arson did not affect the operation of rail transport and did not cause delays in train traffic. The defendants in the case were placed under arrest as a preventive measure.
