Case Description
17-year-old Vladislav Salikin, a resident of Chelyabinsk, was detained in Chelyabinsk in June 2023. He was accused of attempted sabotage. According to the investigation, Vladislav corresponded with representatives of Ukrainian intelligence in Telegram and received an assignment to set fire to fuel tanks and relay cabinets on the railway within the city limits of Chelyabinsk. The teenager was sent to a pre-trial detention center.
