Case Description
1. In St. Petersburg, no later than February 2024, a criminal case was opened for justifying terrorism against 43-year-old local resident Vladislav Saburov. According to the investigation, on February 15, 2024, around 13:56, Saburov published comments in Telegram about the shelling of Belgorod carried out by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on that day. It is unknown what measure of restraint was chosen. On October 8, 2024, the 1st Western Military District Court found Vladislav Saburov guilty and sentenced him to a fine of 300 thousand rubles. The court also deprived the Petersburg resident of the right to administer websites and channels on the Internet for 2 years.
