Case Description
In Novorossiysk, Krasnodar Krai, at the beginning of November 2022, two 16-year-old local residents were detained — Vladislav Romasy and Alexey Ilchuk. They were accused of attempted terrorism by a group of persons by prior conspiracy and drug distribution. According to the security forces, they planned to set fire to a relay cabinet on the railway line of the city. Additionally, the court's decision states that the actions of the case's defendants require a legal assessment "regarding the distribution of narcotic substances, however, the hearing record does not mention any drug-related articles. Vladislav Romasy was sent to a pre-trial detention center by the court. Nothing is known about Ilchuk's measure of restraint.
