Case Description

On September 18, 2025, in Izhevsk, a local resident, former deputy prosecutor of the Balezinsky District of Udmurtia, and lawyer Vladislav Radchenko was detained. He was accused of participating in the activities of a terrorist organization. According to the FSB's version, the lawyer had a negative attitude towards the political leadership of Russia and the start of the war, justified sabotage, and supported Ukraine. Therefore, he allegedly passed on data about the "activities of law enforcement agencies and the Ministry of Defense of Russia" to some Ukrainian organization. October 22, 2025, the Industrial District Court of Izhevsk arrested the lawyer at the request of the investigation.
