Case Description
In Irkutsk, local resident Vladislav Prelovsky was detained no later than December 2024. He was accused of participating in the activities of a terrorist organization. According to the investigation, Prelovsky pasted up several leaflets. The details of the charges and the chosen measure of restraint are unknown. On September 24, 2025, the 2nd Eastern Military District Court found Vladislav Prelovsky guilty and sentenced him to 6 years of imprisonment with a suspended sentence. On December 25, 2025, the Appellate Military Court changed the verdict, replacing the suspended sentence with actual imprisonment.
