Case Description
On 15 November 2023, in Samara, 18-year-old local resident Vladislav Partalok was detained. He was accused of preparing for a terrorist act. According to the security forces, the young man, being an "opponent of the SVO" and a supporter of the "Freedom of Russia" legion, wanted to set fire to a relay cabinet on the Kuibyshev Railway at a railway crossing near the Dachnaya station. Partalok was unable to carry out his plan, as he was detained by officers of the FSB Directorate for the Samara Region. During a search of the apartment, three bottles of the Molotov cocktail incendiary mixture were allegedly found. It is claimed that the young man confessed to his intention to carry out a terrorist attack during an interrogation. The next day after the detention, the Samara District Court chose a measure of restraint for the resident of Samara in the form of imprisonment. September 25, 2024, the Central Military District Court found Vladislav Partalokha guilty and sentenced him to 5.5 years in prison. He will have to spend the first 2.5 years in prison, the rest of the sentence - in a strict regime colony. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force.
