В городе Геническ оккупированной части Херсонской области не позднее сентября 2024 года возбудили уголовное дело против 28-летнего местного жителя, гражданина Украины Владислава Панченко. Его обвинили в призывах к терроризму. Подробности обвинения, а также избранная мера пресечения неизвестны.
25 апреля 2025 года Южный окружной военный суд признал Владислава Панченко виновным и приговорил его к 6,5 годам лишения свободы с отбыванием срока в колонии общего режима.
13 ноября 2025 года Апелляционный военный суд оставил приговор без изменения.
