Matveenko Vladislav Sergeevich

In Gukovo, Rostov Oblast, on the night of May 13-14, 2022, two unknown individuals threw a bottle with an incendiary mixture into the local military enlistment office building and fled. The fire was extinguished independently by military enlistment office staff. No one was hurt. Two days later, a local 19-year-old resident, Vladislav Matveenko, was detained on charges of arson. He was accused of hooliganism committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy, and of attempted intentional destruction of another's property. According to law enforcement, Matveenko, while searching for work online, contacted an unidentified person who offered a reward of 3 thousand. 5. rubles for arson of a military enlistment office. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force.
