Case Description
According to the investigation, Vladislav Kravall called the duty station of the police department in Ukhta and reported information about a planned arson of the military enlistment office and damaged a banner with the letter Z at the local House of Culture, writing "Fuck the war" on it in white and blue. The banner was restored and left in the same place.
