Case Description
In mid-July 2022, a criminal case was opened in Biysk, Altai Krai, against Vladislav Avtomanov for "repeated discrediting of the army. The reason for the persecution was anti-war posts on Odnoklassniki. As a preventive measure, Vladislav Avtonomov was given a written undertaking not to leave. In April 2022, Vladislav Avtomanov was fined 30 thousand rubles in a case of an administrative offense under the article on "discrediting the army" for two publications in "Odnoklassniki, one of which contained an image of the letter Z in a circle with the inscription "New fascism, new swastika!", 26 September 2023, the Biysk District Court of the Altai Territory found Vladislav Avtomanov guilty and sentenced him to a fine of 100,000 rubles. The verdict was not appealed and entered into force.
