In Omsk, no later than October 2023 (the exact date is unknown), the FSB of Russia for the Omsk Region initiated a criminal case for justifying terrorism against local resident Vladimir Uzolin, 35 years old. The reason for the criminal prosecution was a comment published in September 2023 on one of the social networks, in which, in the opinion of law enforcement officers, the man gave a "positive assessment of the actions of a person who committed arson of the military enlistment office building in the Soviet and Central districts of Krasnoyarsk." It is unknown whether a preventive measure has been chosen. On May 2, 2024, the 2nd Eastern Military Court found Vladimir Uzolin guilty and sentenced him to a fine of 350 thousand. rubles.
