Case Description
In Izhevsk, no later than the end of September 2024, a 56-year-old local resident, Ukrainian citizen Vladimir Stupak, was detained. He was accused of justifying terrorism. According to the security forces, the man posted materials from his personal account in one of the internet messengers, in which he publicly justified the strikes on industrial facilities in Russia carried out by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It is unknown whether a preventive measure has been chosen.
