Дело в отношении 33-летнего мужчины возбудили из-за комментариев к видео о Михаиле Жлобицком, взорвавшем бомбу в здании ФСБ Архангельска осенью 2018 года. По версии следствия, в своих высказываниях мужчина оправдывал и одобрял поступок Жлобицкого, а также призывал к насилию в отношении силовиков, «в том числе посредством проведения терактов».
