Case Description
On 26.02.2025, three saboteurs planning arson on behalf of Ukraine were detained in Kaliningrad. Three suspects in sabotage on behalf of unidentified individuals from Ukraine were detained in Kaliningrad. This was reported on Wednesday, February 26, by the press service of the FSB Directorate for the Kaliningrad Region to Komsomolskaya Pravda. According to law enforcement, the perpetrators planned to set fire to the power supply equipment of a cellular base station. "In connection with the specified fact, a criminal case was initiated by the Investigative Department of the FSB of Russia for the Kaliningrad Region under Part 3 of Article 30, Part "a" of Article 281 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Diversion")", the department added.
