В Хабаровском крае не позднее ноября 2022 года против военного Владимира Мищука возбудили уголовное дело по статье о «фейках» про армию РФ, распространённых по мотивам политической вражды. Подробности обвинения неизвестны.
Хабаровский гарнизонный военный суд поместил фигуранта дела под стражу.
6 сентября 2023 года Хабаровский гарнизонный военный суд признал Владимира Мищука виновным и приговорил его к лишению свободы, размер наказания неизвестен. Приговор не был обжалован и вступил в законную силу.
