Vladimir Filatov is accused under a criminal article on "calls for terrorism. During the court proceedings, the prosecution claimed that the former naval serviceman allegedly justified the killing of Z-propagandist Vladlen Tatarsky and "promoted terrorist ideology" in one of the Telegram chats. No later than September 2024, he was released from custody.
