Case Description
In Magadan, no later than August 2023, the FSS of Russia in Magadan region initiated a criminal case on public calls to carry out terrorist activities against 30-year-old local resident Vladimir Cherney. The reason for the criminal prosecution of the man was "calls to carry out terrorist activities against the President of the Russian Federation".

The 1st Eastern District Military Court found Vladimir Cherney guilty and sentenced him to imprisonment for a term of 2 years with serving his sentence in a penal colony of general regime.
