Case Description
In Crimea, a 53-year-old local resident Vladimir Blagov was detained on charges of repeated propaganda or demonstration of Nazi symbols. The exact date and circumstances of the detention are unknown. A criminal case was opened against the man due to eight pictures with a "Nazi symbol" that he published on his personal page on social media. He was previously brought to administrative responsibility under the article on the demonstration of such symbolism. November 23, 2023, the Kirovsky District Court of Crimea sentenced Vladimir Blagov to two years in a strict regime colony. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force.
