Case Description
In May 2024, a criminal case was opened in Samara against a local resident, 30-year-old electrician Vladimir Bayramov, for public calls for terrorism. Initially, the case was opened under the article on calls for attacks on the life of a state figure (the President of the Russian Federation), but the charges were later reclassified. According to the investigation, in August 2022, Bayramov allegedly wrote in the public group "Podslushano Samara": "They quickly cooked up a law, if you don't want to go to war, prison, fucking mobilization, fucking bullshit, here's who we need to fight against, against Putin and his hand-held faggots. The man was under house arrest during the investigation. On December 9, 2024, the Central Military District Court found Vladimir Bayramov guilty and sentenced him to 2 years in a general regime colony. He was taken into custody in the courtroom.
