Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case against the First Deputy Prime Minister and former Prosecutor General of Ukraine Vitaliy Yarema no later than December 2022. Additionally, the court imposed a fine of 400 thousand. rubles and deprived him of the right to administer websites and channels for 3 years. The court ruled that the term of serving the sentence should be calculated from the moment of his detention or extradition to Russia. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force.
