Case Description
On April 25, 2025, in the Krasnodar Territory, a 20-year-old local resident Viktor Rakitsky was detained. He was accused of committing sabotage by a group of persons by prior conspiracy and treason. According to the investigation, on July 10, 2024, on the instructions of Ukrainian special services, he set fire to a base station of PJSC VimpelCom in the Kavkazsky District of Krasnodar Krai." The defendant in the case was placed in the SIZO.
