В оккупированном Луганске в марте 2025 года задержали 33-летнего местного жителя, гражданина Украины Виктора Панченко. Его обвинили в государственной измене, совершении диверсии, незаконном обороте взрывчатых веществ или взрывных устройств, а также в совершении террористического акта. Подробности обвинения неизвестны.
На время следствия фигуранта дела поместили в СИЗО.
