Case Description
In late March 2023, a criminal case was opened in Moscow for "fakes" about the Russian army, motivated by political hatred, against a 50-year-old local resident, an employee of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, Viktor Moskalev." 3. On December 14, 2023, Judge Alexey Voronin of the Butyrsky District Court of Moscow issued a ruling on the application of compulsory medical measures to Viktor Moskalov."
