Krymskiy Viktor Viktorovich

Victor Krymsky, an 18-year-old native of Sochi, was detained in Stavropol on August 29, 2024. He was accused of treason, preparation of a terrorist act committed by a group of persons, and participation in the activities of an extremist organization. According to the investigation, on June 18, 2024, Krymsky passed on data about the location of military equipment in Adler and Sochi to a member of the banned in Russia organization "Right Sector. On June 28, he recorded a video message about joining the organization and pledged to carry out terrorist attacks. Later, while in Stavropol, he photographed a military unit and passed coordinates of FSB, government, and election commission buildings, as well as acquired components for making an improvised explosive device. For the duration of the investigation, the defendant was sent to a pre-trial detention center. On December 1, 2025, the Southern Military Court found Viktor Krymsky guilty and sentenced him to 13 years in prison, the first three years to be spent in prison, and the remaining term in a strict regime colony.
