В Орле в начале октября 2025 года задержали 20-летнюю местную жительницу Варвару Кулькову. Её обвинили в государственной измене, подробности обвинения неизвестны. На время следствия фигурантку дела отправили в СИЗО.
В рамках расследования девушку направили на стационарную психолого-психиатрическую экспертизу в Москву, так как амбулаторное исследование не позволило установить её состояние.
